All digital products are delivered electronically. Delivery times may vary but typically occur within minutes of payment confirmation.

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer (CAKE by VPBank)
• Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT via Binance)
• Wallet balance (pre-loaded credit)

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Flash sales and promotional pricing are valid only during the specified period.

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

• Eligible: Product not delivered, delivered product is non-functional, product does not match description
• Not eligible: Change of mind after delivery, product used or activated, account credentials already accessed
• Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order ID and reason for the request.

Users are prohibited from:

• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing purchased products without authorization

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

AI Support Studio is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for:

• Interruptions or downtime of the Service
• Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account
• Third-party service disruptions affecting delivered products
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
